We provide data analysis, machine learning implementation using KNIME, and data visualization services using Tableau. The specifics of the services offered will be determined through individual agreements with clients.

3. Intellectual Property
All content, dashboards, algorithms, and materials created or provided by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use deliverables for internal purposes only, unless specified otherwise.

We will treat all information received from clients in the course of our services as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without prior consent, except where required by law.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete data, as well as for maintaining any necessary internal permissions to share such data with us. Any delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may affect service timelines.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee that the services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or financial losses.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Japan.
